What I find brilliant about this scene is the brief eye contact Rumple and Hook have once they realize Henry is in Neverland. They've hated each other for a lifetime, and yet they can't help but express their concern towards each other as they're the only ones in the group who know how terrifying Pan is, which is also great foreshadowing.

Their hatred towards each other is nothing compared to the fear and hatred they both share towards Pan.
