I literally just said this to myself yesterday. Being 74 and have been on a constant journey since 1975 I’ve gone threw lots of hills And Valley’s. Being The last 5 years having Seen the most mental and emotional changes in myself and Shadow work. Time is speeding Up for me Now with time being so limited for me. I was struggling to create and Hold on and hold Together what I cannot control and once I said to myself let it explode and recreate itself , being the physical , mental, and emotional it was all ok.
