@@MiraIphrit Not a native either but in America there is a fun little saying "Once you go Black you never go back" Which refers to if you have sexual relations with black people, they're so good you'll never want to try another race. In the context of Matt Rife's joke, the Lady he's talking to was married to a black man, he died and she remarried only this time to a white man. So in an odd twist of fate she didn't have another relationship with a Black man and therefore went back to a White man. Hence "Oh you do go back".

Well, you have the cancel mob looking to attack any and everyone at all times, so yes, it's a good idea to emphasize the just joking part. Although, it does seem that Matt is immune to the cancel crew, and while he is happy to stick his toes over the line and dare them to try, I feel that he is doing so with the full cooperation of his audience. He will be flirty, and raunchy, and make off color jokes, he gets his audience to participate and doesn't push it into uncomfortable areas for THEM. He seems quite good at gauging just how far he can take a joke with individual people, and keeping just short of too much so they keep laughing, as well as everyone else.
