becomes to take care of your energetic frequency
Once you raise your energetic vibration'
The way you perceive life will automatically shift to a higher, more loving experience
This does not exclude feelings and situations that can be perceived as 'negative', as they are in contrast to what you desire.
It just means you understand the value of both positive and negative feelings and you know how to use these experiences/ these contrasts to learn and grow,. You are in a state of Acceptance/flow.
Instead of having feelings of pain and discomfort turning into suffering, because of the perception that negative feelings are 'wrong' and 'should not be'. This creates a state of Resistance/ stagnance.
