By thw way... thank you for this message. I really needed to read this and it confirmed that the ideal approach I discovered by afterwards reflecting on the situation was the right course of action❤ Next time I will do better.

I have a question; Is anger always pointing to a trigger? Yesterday my client (kid) was being very disrespectful in speech and action despite of me communicating to him that I did not liked it. His father just laughed about how the kid treated me. I felt anger and I notices my hands becoming shaky during the haircut. Was my anger pointing towards a trigger or was it just a sign that what happened went against my values and selfrespect? I know I should have ended the haircut and send them out respectfully in order to protect myself from disrespect. This is a new approach gor next time. But as for now... I wonder if anger is always related to being triggered. Even ig it is a feeling that comes up in situations where it is totally justified.
