This is such a beautiful way of looking at praying. The lightness of it.. no effort just be. It removes the resistance and puts me in a state of stillness and ease. Being in that state allows for complete surrender. This is very powerful because I noticed when I don’t have khushoo in prayer then I was not connected and felt the annoyance and the chore of praying. Relaxing and just being present allows for a deeper connection and khushoo which is magical. Also staying longer in sijood is incredibly rewarding. I Iove it very much. Thank you for sharing :) May Allah bless and increase you and your family immensely.

Negative Thoughts are waswasa by shayateen, even negative emotions. Prayers breaks all that also the body parts they try to operate from. Praying from the heart breaks their connection to their influence throughout your body and soul, makes your body more flexible and at ease / comfortable, makes a clear connection to Allah.

Somehow I think this also relates to marriage. If marriage is half of your deen, then is it that your spouse is a representation of your subconscious mind? Especially considering someone like yourself who married YOUR dream girl. What does that mean? The fact that you were able to marry someone you always dreamed of and they’re a human soul, this must mean they’re a part of your subconscious mind. Which is why they’re a part of your soul as a man and she has part of your soul as a woman. Does that make sense? Since woman is made from the rib of man and spouses are made from the same soul. Omg I’m astounded. This came from your example of the iceberg. There is another talk that uses the iceberg as a marriage example and you discussing living the reality of your dreams made me think…well maybe your spouse is naturally a part of the reality of your dreams. You just have to be on their same energy.

Just to add on Riyad as-Salihin 1451 Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who recites in the morning and in the evening the statement: 'Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi (Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with praising Him)' one hundred times, will not be surpassed on the Day of Resurrection by anyone with better deeds than one who utters the same words or utters more of these words." Al-Bukhari (3292) and Muslim (2691) narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever says, `La ilaha illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu’l-mulk wa lahu’l-hamd wa huwa `ala kulli shay`in qadir (there is no god worthy of worship except Allah alone, with no partner or associate. His is the Dominion and to Him be praise, and He is able to do all things)’ one hundred times in a day, will have (a reward) equivalent to freeing ten slaves, one hundred good deeds will be recorded for him and one hundred bad deeds will be erased from him, and he will be protected from the devil for that day until evening comes. No one can do anything better than what he has done except one who does more than that.” Juwairiyah (radhi Allaahu anha) reported that one day the Prophet, peace be upon him, left her apartment in the morning as she was busy observing her dawn prayer in her place of worship. He came back in the forenoon and she was still sitting there. The Prophet, peace be upon him, said to her, “You have been in the same place since I left you?” She said, “Yes.” Thereupon the Prophet, peace be upon him, said, “I recited four words three times after I left you and if these were to be weighed against what you have recited since morning these would outweigh them, and these words are SubhanAllahi Wa Bihamdihi Adada Khalqihi Wa Rida Nafsihi wa zinata arshihi wa midada kalimatihi

Don’t make Dua in which you ask harm of others or yourself. If you fulfill those expectations your Dua will be accepted on three different ways. 1. ASAP 2. later on Earth sometime 3. in Jannah/Paradise
