I struggle with ocd and lately the only thing I notice about myself is my failures and flaws which make me struggle to recognize my efforts and feel as though I do nothing to get closer to Allah. I left so much haram for the sake of Allah and my life has gotten better ever since I got sober off of hard drugs over two years ago for the sake of Allah and yet I only think about what I'm still doing that I know I need to quit and feel like I'm not showing Allah I truly want and need my heart to be connected to him. I slack on my payers but when j do pray is amazing

Hey Mohammad , thank you always for your content I always appreciate the knowledge that you bring forth. I started reading Joe Dispenza upon your recommendation. Three chapters it incited me to check up on his credentials and it is a bit iffy. It seems as though he is not an actual neuroscientist, rather he attended a chriopractic school that seems to have associations with a certain cult, and additionally he is throwing around a lot of scientific terms that aren’t making sense sometimes. As someone with scientific background، he does bring forth sound scientific facts and ideas for sure, but to me it feels like most are regurgitation from previous works and knowledge. While he attempts to connect that to the spiritual world, it is not grounded in any truth. As a Muslim, I am hesitant to dive into the spiritual without Allah, so please be wary of his meditation methods and take most things with a grain of salt.

I will say Allah is not everywhere. There's proof in the Quran and hadith, and numerous Sheikh talked about it. That statement insinuates that Allah is in the bathroom or in the dirtiest places possible, which can be a slander to his Majesty. Have an open mind here. It's in the Qur'an, and some hadiths, but I may be wrong about the hadiths and the exact verses.
