Most helpful. I have begun listening to Meditation talks like this one first thing in the morning, before I get out of bed. Writing a few things I am grateful for and deep breathing. I lost my oldest son tragically recently and have struggled with pain depression and grief since. So these meditation lessons help me accept, cope and find some relief from the darkness within. Thank you.

I think it would be incredibly insightful to watch a video that explores not only how to let go of toxic relationships or people without guilt but also how to rebuild self-confidence and foster healthy boundaries afterward. It would be helpful to address the emotional challenges that come with such decisions and provide practical tips for moving forward with positivity and self-respect. A focus on personal growth, healing, and finding healthier connections could make such a video truly transformative!

This is a hard one for me. I have experienced this practice and seen it work, but in my current situation I'm finding it hard to not worry about results. I owe a lot of money in rent and I'm the only one in my family thats employed with income comin in. Im trying to do other things to generate income and its making feel like i need the results to avoid eviction. Hard to let go and go with the flow when the next moment could see me on the streets.

Great video!"Wow, this video truly resonated with me on so many levels! 🌸 The idea of letting go and allowing results to manifest naturally is such a profound yet challenging concept to embrace in today’s world where we’re constantly chasing goals and outcomes. The explanation of Zazen meditation and how it cultivates mental clarity was particularly enlightening. It reminded me of how often we forget to simply be in the present moment and how powerful that can be. The connection between mindfulness and detachment from desires really hit home-I’ve noticed that the more I obsess over something, the harder it is to achieve. But when I focus inward and release those attachments, things tend to fall into place naturally. The practical examples you shared about applying Zen teachings to everyday stress and anxiety were incredibly helpful. It's amazing how something as simple as mindful breathing or observing our thoughts can bring such a sense of calm amidst the chaos of life. This video feels like a guide to not only personal growth but also a reminder of the beauty of inner peace. Thank you for creating this! 🙏 I can’t wait to try out some of the practices you discussed and dive deeper into Zen philosophy. Definitely sharing this with my friends who could use some calm and clarity in their lives. 😊"

But have you ever noticed that by the time you receive this instruction, you have already come to the same awareness? By then, you have no more heart left to throw under the bus anyway. Caring becomes an impediment to joy, bliss, freedom. It’s the hardest sacrifice of all for a heart-centered being. Those who choose not to leave their hearts entirely at the door in order to enter Nirvana become Bodhisattvas.

Forgive me for being a stickler about the accurate use of language, but it is very important, or lots of unnecessary problems can arise. I take issue only with the title of this otherwise helpful video, which is full of wisdom. The Title says "Stop Caring". HUH? To stop caring is to discard our humanity, and descend into nihilism. Caring is the essence of our humanity, crucial to our very survival. Without it, we'd have never evolved beyond cave men.

I use "I don't care" as a kind of mantra to say to myself when I'm thinking very hard about things that are important to me. It is instantly freeing. My thoughts don't change outcomes anyway. Worrying, obsessing doesn't magically make what I want happen. And when I say to myself, "I don't care" like when I have a flat tire, or if my child says something worrisome, it makes me laugh.
@MiKayla-e3xАй бұрын
@@bengedalecia9393I don’t think your comment was read. It looks to me as if it was an automatic response by AI, as the way the video sounds, not like a person saying it, even though there is good information in it. “He” thanked someone for watching, even though they were critical, rather than responding to the criticism, which would be a natural response.
@MiKayla-e3xАй бұрын
@@bengedalecia9393Further to my previous reply to you, as you point out, it is not about not caring. You put it very well. But that is what AI does, it comes up with the words that fit its system, often meanings are misinterpreted. I have found that this is quite common in the titles of AI generated/assisted videos here. Here, if AI is used to generate/assist in content creation, it is supposed to be indicated. I have found that they don’t always do that, when I say something then they add that into the notes so people are aware. I have been at this quite a while and am very good at being able to tell where AI is being used, as I have found many other people are.
