what is an adlib?
ad libs are subtle inflections or vocal expressions added to a verse. This serve to fill in metrics, improve flows, give variety to the song and add a touch of fun to the lyrics.

Jeongyeon is very strong singer her vocal tone is a bit darker than other members who have very bright vocal tones and her adlibs may not suit in Twice songs but in songs like Get loud, shot clock, one in a million and other song she is way superior than other members she even shades Jihyo in such songs. So it’s song choice which make her voice suitable for adlibs. Every Jeongyeon adlibs/high note she did till now are iconic. Jeongyeon,Tzuyu,Mina,Nayeon and Jihyo has best vocal tone for me whereas other member are great too

In TT there's "Uwa Uwa" in the chorus that sung by Mina. In FANCY the opening("AAAAHHHH") and "Hey hey hey" part sung by Momo, Dahyun, and Chaeyoung, and "Love Ya" is sung by Jeongyeon. Also, the "Ya Ya Ya Ya" in CRY FOR ME is not sung by Jeongyeon but a different vocalist that's not a TWICE member. Check Distribucion De Partes videos for more information
