Having Boston Rob & Sandra return for what seemed like the millionth time was lame & boring IMO. I don't want to see either of them on Survivor ever again. I would prefer to never have returnees/vets seasons ever again, over the high rate Survivor use to have returnees in so many seasons. If Survivor does have returnees, it should ONLY be All Star caliber players, not mixed with rookies, & it should only be once every 4 or 5 years to make it a special thing.

weve seen them 5 times over 20 YEARS, honestly i love it because we get to see familar faces while not constantly having the same characters. Its also not like there are a ridiculous number of seasons featuring returnees (13 out of 42) which includes seasons where there are just 2 returnees (I do dislike casts where there are returnees and newbies)

@@_MjG_ I agree! While it's fun once in a while for special seasons, I like getting to see new players, and it's very unfair to have a mixed cast. I enjoyed rob and Sandra because I like them and liked the aspect that they weren't playing, and the season was...not my favourite for obvious reasons so it was the only levity I found in an otherwise very difficult to watch season haha

@@royalhyena66 I disagree. Casts that have vets & rookies, favors those who played the game before because of their experience & is unfair to rookies. I was sick of seeing returning players at one point & would loathe the thought of facing another vet or vet/rookie season again. You said there were 13 seasons with returning players in them... however, there were 8 of 12 seasons with them from 20-31 & 9 of 15 from 20-34. So there were a lot of seasons where vet seasons were bunched up & those seasons bored me by end of that span.

@@_MjG_ yeah it was just happening so frequently! Like Winners at War was awesome and special, but I hope we got like until season 50 before getting returnees haha I just think they need new blood! People are hungry for this game like I want fresh faces and stories and then it’ll be special to see them return. I would love if like season 50 or idk 48 was a “second chances” type that takes from like late 30s and 40s with players who haven’t played more than once

Noura actually has a good point, had she played the female power card more at FTC she probably could've nabbed some votes considering the circumstances, yeah it could be seen as icky and manipulative but let's be honest, there were like 20 other ickier things that happened that season alone.

I wish we had seen Tommy’s confessionals about him throwing challenges exactly where he predicted them! I feel like I was harsh on him during the season but in retrospect he played a super strong social game, but yeah exactly like you said not something flashy like we’ve come to expect from modern survivor

I know you wanted to stay away from the whole Dan incident, but I wish one of the secrets if you were able to find (if any) could have been about how Kelley's interactions with the girls were on Ponderosa after they screwed her to advance their own games

I watched all of the ponderosa's and they were so sappy and avoided Dan at almost all costs. Nothing interesting in regards to him which is a big part of why I included nothing.

You should do what if video on if Tom Westman had made it to the merge in HvV. I’m pretty sure if he or Cirie had made it that far, they wouldn’t have let the Heroes fall for the JT and Russel fiasco. Like if they voted off James instead of Tom like they should have, given his injury, and then the Heroes won the last pre merge immunity, which would be more likely.

You can't just lie and be willing to backstab people and boom you're a villain. Not that simple. If that were all it took, Maryanne would technically be a villain People say they want more villains on the show, which is an oxymoron because the whole point of a villain is to be someone we DON'T want around.

Just saying for secret #3 with Rob and Sandra, it's almost guaranteed that Jeff asked Rob and Amber first before anybody and Amber said no and Rob backed her up. Jeff asks again with Sandra and Rob again backing up Amber says no. Amber is somehow swayed for one reason or another and Rob doesn't even think of Sandra to align with or follow up with or anything

Something I just realized that I'm curious how it would've affected anything (if at all) It had the usual trend in the 30s seasons with a merge at final 13, and a 10 person jury. Jack was the first juror and he was eliminated the last vote before the merge. Additioanly, with Dan's ejection, he was not allowed on the Jury but had the season run its course and he wasn't that means there would've had to be 11 jurors which would've been a first.

Not nearly as much as survivor.. but I love that they bring the same people back over and over and each season is like more than half vets, and then maybe half rookies. Ofc you have to be actually good at challenges lmao and those finals these days are fcking wild, so it's def not for everyone.

When Russell first said that he thinks america should vote.. at the time I agreed. Now, I think it would completely ruin the show. There's a reason big brother only did that for one season lmao and it's the season literally no one watches.. bc it's no longer that fun when people can't really be sneaky with their social game. He says that he played bad because he never watched survivor before he played, but goes on saying that Culpepper from 34 is his hero on an episode during the 1st individual immunity challenge when Jeff sais that Culpepper was the last to win it or held the record for the longest on that challenge then he goes "that's my hero" in a way liked he watched it. I caught that and called him out on Instagram about it in open comment h and dude got hot and nervous...started talk smack abt my looks with liquor store references and all that sht. Then he blocked 🚫 me. And as for Dan 42. . . I forgot abt him lol he was a nice guy just a bad player.

Dude says Dan wouldnt be in the video and then Dans in the video! Dan needs to have a law suit against the show. The show edited his minor touching of legs and shoulders, they actually filmed him doing it and put it on their show. Dan never sexually harrased anyone, the women were split on his actions. The majority of the women had no issues with him and wasnt even on the same page as the asian girl. He was asked to stop by the show and he totally did. The show was scared the asian girl would blow it up even more after the show so they devised a plan to get rid of dan. Dan was getting into a boat and fell into a female production member, it was off camera. The perfect bullshit excuse to do him in. They did this man dirty and made him look like a monster. If he was the monster the show wants you to think he is the other women on the show would publically come out against him and support all claims against him. None of them have given support to her, none of them have desribed his actions.
