Great video thanks but idont under stand why the inacitive rb causes cell to go from g1 to s( this mean it will devide )why you say it stop proliferation?? The same thing when the E7 attach to rb and degrade you said it would stop cell from going from G1 to S (this mean it would not devide) why did you say it will lead to proliferation and tumor ??

The video is good, but I'm sorry, your spoken English needs practice.. It was quite hard to understand what you're talking about, so I think it would be better to also include English subtitles in case someone cannot understand your spoken English. But again, helpful video. Thanks :)
