I like the design improvements over the first Onda with the flush brackets. Can't wait to see the final result...

A lathe would be a good tool investment for your next shop upgrade, that way you could make your own precision parts like those spacers. Keep up the great work, sounds like your English is already improving too.

Yeah that would be an awesome addition for sure! And thanks man, glad I'm showing some progress on the language too :D

Don´t buy a small lathe like for hobby wood turning, those are inacurate or too weak for stainless steel.

Loving watching it come together. Finishing pieces is one of the biggest headaches in modding, especially when done by hand. Monotonous, boring and you're always one slip away from having to do it all over again

Took a total of four days of work to polish all of the acrylic parts, finished today. It was a totally unexpected nightmare, I obviously did it before but never so much in one shot. I just hope the new CNC will be able to give me finished pieces right away because this is DEFINITELY not ideal hahaha

Just run a chamfer tool to deburr the corners.

I usually do it on acrylic but for the crescent moons it's not ideal because I would need it on both sides, and even then, I don't want a chamfer on the edges because I find it breaks the flow when looking at the moons together :)
