Who has time to tidy up when you're cranking out so many quality projects? A proper human workshop Alessandro, very jealous of the amount of space you have, tidy or not!

Thank you! Oh and you haven't seen it during the final phases of a project, that's when it gets REALLY messy 😂

Please tell me that your putting the new cnc on a heavy hollow square street frame full of sand and get a hsk spindle for it like a hsd ES326 spindle

Not sure about the bench but I don't have much budget left for it, I will try to make it as sturdy and precise as I can. As for the spindle, I'm planning to mount a 1.1kW electrospindle from Teknomotor :)

@@ExploreModding sturdy and precise is good but if its not heavy enough it can easily mode it self around reason why i recomend the sand is because when sand is inside the non moving hollow frame with a bit of air at the top so it can move around it have extremely high damping effect in vibrations ( the vibrations have energy to it and when it then meats the sand it use that energy to movve the sand and therefore dampns/kill the vibration energy ) i tried it my self and only time it dosent work is when its inside a spinning tool nut when its inside a stationary frame it works wounderfully wht i also recomend a hsk spindle is its runout is as good ( somethimes even better ) then a direct mount spindle and you can have your tools stored in a holder outside the mashine without haveing to find the tool hight everytime you put the tool is saveing a stupid amount of time and when bad crashing there is a bigger chance that you max have to get a new toolholder instead of a hole new spindle

Oh, another thing Alessandro. I was intrigued by your Bosch drill press and had a look around. It seems that it can be inaccurate because the chuck is designed for impact drills, so it's not the best. Found a great video by Adapting Camera on how to change it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHTUh6KXfLt-bsk Thought it might be useful because you do a lot of metal work. There is also a long comment thread about replacing the needle bearings in the main shaft to further improve accuracy. Modding your tools for better mod work? Sounds like a video idea!
