Huntin Virginia, northwest corner. First year saddle hunting so I’m excited to get in the woods and try all this crazy new to me stuff out. Just going with sticks this year. No aiders or anything yet. Did order some amsteel for the sticks to make daisy chains like that. I hunt the mountains so hopefully this will all help me get into the places I normally wouldn’t go because of weight of stands and how long I have to walk.

It’s definitely an advantage as far as that goes. It takes some time getting used to it tho! Good luck!

Only works if you have double sided sticks or three step sticks. If you have the single sided two step sticks, it doesn’t work having the aider on the same foot the whole way up. Sequence would be: Right foot in aider Left foot on first step Right foot on second step. Aider is now useless.

Just found your channel. Curious to see how your soybeans did in that shady plot. Love the videos. Keep ‘‘‘em coming!

I appreciate that. The deer smoked them before they had a chance to get established. I have another plot I’m due to check on soon as well. Soybeans there too.
