As a old fogey who watched the Beatles on Ed Sullivan in 1963 i find this interesting, 60 years later people are still,singing their songs and adding new twist to them and they are still impressive and fun to listen to. You can't be much of a Beatles fan if you don't know when they were on the Ed Sullivan Show. The first performance was Feb 9, 1964. The second appearance was Feb 16, 1964. The third appearance was taped earlier on Feb. 23, 1964, and shown that night.

Completely agree. That to me would be a reason to simply not turn the chair. Other thing that bothers me is when people change the lyrics to fit their gender, like yesterday instead of half the man i used to be. Becomes half the girl i used to be. Those songs had a meaning to several generations, to simply be changed to fit better with gen z sensibilities is offensive. Hundreds of millions of woman sang the correct lyrics without problems for 60 years.
