It's amazing to me - you can tell when someone is singing for whom English isn't their native language (in some cases I think they learn the words phonetically) but the MEANING and the EMOTION of the song still comes through. Music is truly universal.

Watching Adam Levine, Shakira, Usher and Blake singing Come Together was quite something. I loved it. The first clip of a jazz version of All my Loving " was also superb. More artists need to look at covering the very large Beatles Song Book. I remember the "Invasion " when it launched on the Ed Sullivan Show" Still good as ever.

Oh dang that's the end already! But an incredibly memorable ending, Rafael and Nando, the musicians in the band require respect as well, just magnificent. There are not enough adjectives to describe the impalpable beauty! Heidi Solheim must be my favorite here. How such astonishing vocals seemed just effortless to her. Ok and those adorable little superstars from Russia. How do they do it over there, produce such talent? Their mothers are magical, and there must be magic dust in the earth, the air... The first one was just horrendous. There are far too many so-called song stylists who mutilate a song beyond all recognition just to show off their voice, or to call it art; it isn't. All the others were pretty good, with some being truly exceptional, like the black guy who sang Let It Be. Get Back was truly wild and over the top - sure, they took quite a few liberties with the song, but they were having the time of their life dong it.
