Love the color of the exterior. The front doors are AMAZING. That's the first time I've seen the wood-look porcelain tile floors covering a large area and I am a fan! This is a beautiful kitchen and I'm rethinking having an all-white kitchen. The different textures and various whites are winners. Love how high the ceilings are. Not a fan of how high the TVs are but that's just me. I really like the open-concept and this floorplan is working for me. I love the amount of open floor space and that the owner didn't feel the need to clutter up the space with idle furniture pieces. Really nice showing - thanks for sharing this with us!

This is the home my husband and I are interested in purchasing if any is available when we return back to the states. We're currently in Japan. We have watched several models of this home on KZbin. Are these homes located in communities with amenities? How long is the build of the Avalon with the bonus room? From paperwork to finish product. Thanks

Hmmm, good question. I’m not sure why the owner choose to mount the TV so high up on the wall. I would have personally lowered the position and most likely had a larger TV
