You have an upvote from me ❤. Tho (different topic) when you talk about Sunday morning, according to the Bible, the next day starts at sundown. The Catholic's 8th day creation however needs to be placed under "Scrutiny" for all churches to find out why do we honor the 8th/1rst day instead of "Remember"ing the 7th day in accordance to the 4th commandment. You might of talked about this, idk, just passing thru as I seek for a specific topic about the different types of worship found in the Bible. Thank you for your video here 💝. We must remember to worship the Lord not only with lip service once a week, but throughout the day everyday especially singing to God. ❤

Thank you very much Spencer! Your sharing gives me a better idea on how to prepare and select songs on Sunday worship. Although I find it a bit difficult to cover the teaching and admonishing coz we’ve only have 15 minutes to lead praise at the beginning of our worship, so that’s about 3 songs.

The singing portion of our worship service is only supposed to be a PART of the overall worship service (in recent years we have expanded it to take up more space than it probably should). Don't feel limited by 15 minutes of singing - it is simply a piece to be used in the overall structure of a well thought out worship service.

sorry but there NOT a position called worship leader any where in scripture for the church. so im not suprised that one who sits in a false leader position would mis use the scripture. the word worship is not in that scripture. the scripture refenced echos that of 1 cor 14. and we clearly see that those songs were for the mutual encouragement not worship of GOD and they were NOT lead by anyone. as paul said let all things be done for the edification of each other. nothing was mentioned about worshiping GOD. yall fail to understand what worship is and what praise is. not to mention once its practiced and practiced and then done on a stage it becomes a performance and the leader and musicians are simply being a actor/ a show. and the spontaneity/ inspiredness is lost and those who do participate are simply reading from a screen and not from the heart. ever since the worship wars of the 90s where worship was used to divide the church from contemporary and traditional, church membership has seriously declined, people were excluded and others included. it was a push from musicians to be on stage. and the fact those who pushed for it couldnt even see they were causing division among the body they wanted what they wanted and did not care the damage it caused. notice that musician is not listed as a spiritual gift. it would do you all some good to understand what worship is. its not what yall are doing. im not against singing or even music but it must be done in order and if you study the early church...., the praise came at the end spontaneously after they were edified. the notion of playing at the beginning the so called preparing peoples hearts well that was a jewish temple thing and seen no where in the church. sadly most "worship leaders" have not recieved any formal training in the things of God. they have failed to surrender the interst and love of music and let the Lord then build it as he designed. this is clear. not to mention . so if you think God called you to be a worship leader well you have been deceived. as there is no such thing mentioned any where in scripture for the church. and God will not call you to something HE did not ordain.

just like the Israelites when they felt God was not moving to their desired wants they built a golden calf. worship leaders are this generations golden calf they just cant let go of. how can any one who is not self serving function in a "leadership ministry" role that doesnt exist? you have no idea the damage your doing and the demons your inviting in, sad really
