One Bike Does All. But Does It? Trek Checkpoint

Trek Checkpoint is my only bike, replacing my road bike and my TT bike.
Is it a good strategy to have one bike to do them all? What are the limitations? What are the benefits?
After a year of the Checkpoint, here's my thoughts.

I also have a checkpoint with multiple wheelsets, I have 2 sets of the same wheel model, so I dont have to adjust the brakes, and I also have a cassette for them, so they are just a 5 min swap. Also also have a X01 rear mech and 10-52 cassette for when I need more low gearing otherwises the XPLR 10-44 is my daily driver. I run road tires on one set, gravel on the other. Got rid of my other 2 bikes

Have just purchased a Checkpoint, and am considering a 2nd set of wheels to make it more versatile - it was interesting to get your take on this. You can shim the rotors outboard with slim washers so that you can swap all between wheelsets without needing to adjust the brake calipers.

Still a nice bike . Almost bought one recently. But got a great deal on a 2022 cannondale evo se gravel bike . Absolutely love it

No dramas at all. The bike came with the bigger cassette so the smaller cassette is no problem
