That is a wonderful grande home. In Portuguese we can say "Thuon ot" That fella did not pass through the brake store with his execution of a grande home. Kudos to him. It will elevate the value of that Kisumu homes I fully agree with you on most of the points. The BQ issue especially for those doing personal homes that is not meant for business doesn't make sense. I can see the point if it's for business and maybe someone is taking a loan to build which he can later reclaim as business expense. I also wish you track some of us who are into alternative homes such as tiny homes, container home, etc We have many propping up in Kenya

nice house. i like it. my only issue is the location of the door it should be between the 2 windows under the cover provided by the pillars and the house is too close to the fence. myself as far as rural home i have decided on a small 2 bedroom single story home. i wont be there much and stairs will be a struggle as i age so a small cozy place will be it for me

Definetely not, 1 billion is the cost of a 25 to 30 floor storey building in nairobi all complete, specificaly westlands I have been part of a company that does real estate development in nairobi and i can tell you for sure this is no where even close to that amount but its an impressive master piece to be very generous I would give it 100million

Making 600,000kshs a month in the USA is not a lot of money given that they pay their bills in USD and not kshs. And taxes bado hujatoa. Na kwanza ukiwa na watoto you'll be living hand to mouth. With 1bn kshs (I picked this sum because clearly the guy can afford it and is the title of the video) you can have apartments in low income areas such as Utawala, kitengela etc that could make you 10million a month! In low income areas your house will rarely be unoccupied. You could be surprised that some landlords in the informal settlements can make 600,000 kshs from their mabati houses that they let at 2500 bob a month. Of course huzijengi in the same plot..... several different plots. Usichezee biashara my dear. People are dollar millionaires out here from selling clothes! Some IG mtumba pages can make 200-400k profits a month! Usidharau biashara wether it's mtumba, a school, hospital, tech, real estate etc. Siri ni scaling up your business and proper marketing.

@godriverodhiambo645 currently theyve only done the house structure, plastered, glazed n.first coat of paint.... There is still so muvh work to be done ...which might cost yet another 20m...or more depending on the quality of the finishing products
