If you listen to the “Sog chronicles” on jocko willinks pod he explains in depth personal stories of US special ops deep in Laos. Not only are there left over unexploded bombs, but also countless claymore mines rigged with trip wires and bouncing Betty’s waiting to be detonated. So, yea don’t go off trail on hikes in Laos.

The bobbing if Laos presented problems with development. Also Laos geographic isolated also contributes to its slow development of infra structures.

So great to see you two really digging into the culture in Laos. In the countryside you can see huge craters. Also the buddhism there seems to be much more serious. Seems like you are really starting to get into traveler-adventure mode. Can't wait to see where it leads you.

I follow all your videos, but now I have a question: What do you always say at the end of the video? I don't understand. Greetings Ingo

Thanks for following! We’re saying “stay wiggity” which is not a real word lol. It’s something our best friend back home said. We jokingly told him we would sign off our videos with it and then we decided to actually do it haha

Now I need to revisit Luang Prabang just so I can try that peach tea… Jill/Rapunzel made it look delicious! Seriously though, great video! Luang Prabang is one of my favourite places in SE Asia.
