Do you normally have a kitchen available? If not, would you mind sharing how you modify his recipes to work without a pan to fry and an oven to bake in?
@Mindless_entertainmenr Жыл бұрын
@@sarahluciakarmann6133 when I’m lucky a microwave is provided which you can make a lot with, I always take a kettle with me tho so I can cook most things. As for a frying pan and such, that’s tricky, I sometimes have a travel sized singular hot plate (I think that’s what they’re called in English) which you can plug in anywhere and get a cheap pan and utensils locally at a Chinese supply store or something if I can’t have them with me for travel. These are only my last resort solutions tho since usually instead of a hotel I book an apartment where the owner has all the things provided for themselves :)

the four things u want in food are the exact things I want in food!!! i came for the cheap food and stayed for the fact that I laughed out loud multiple times and I almost never laugh out loud during food videos. :) i also liked seeing that you used some of the same ingredients for the different meals. That's really like helpful :) will probably be using this video as a guide for my grocery shopping this week :)

My breakfast is: 1 Egg, Toast with strawberry Jam. (I add honey, if that’s weird to you, it’s my breakfast, shut up.) 1 cup of Blueberries, strawberries, and banana. And, as a drink, i have a strawberry Banana Smoothie.

How this for cheap food: I went out to the woods and got a deer. After processing it myself, it lasted me, (as a single female) around 100 days as my sole protein source and it literally costed me $1.35 (the cost of one round of 308 ammo a few years ago) for 65 pounds of meat. That meat, coupled with cheap produce, rice and noodles, amd some basic but inexpensive seasonings and things like flour, cornmeal and canola oil got me through college on the cheapest food budget in the entire university and I ate like a queen! I made everything from Deer Chicken Fried Steak to Deer Steak Fingers to Deer Fried Rice and even Deer steak and for desserts, I made mostly different types of mug cakes and baked oatmeal. I also fished and used that as a protein source as well so I literally had meat for almost every meal and I even made a cheap, but very elegant date night meal with those ingredients. I made Deer Steak with roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts for the entrée and for dessert, we had Salted Caramel mini cakes. The whole meal costed $15 for 2 people and that's only because of the Balsamic Glaze for the Brussel sprouts and the "fancier" potatoes for the roasted potato dish. He absolutely loved it and didn't believe me that it was so cheap. I have just discovered this channel but you've definitely earned yourself a subscriber!

In taste it works great. However they are not the same in your gut. Black beans are the only beans that don't give you gas and can be digested easily
