سرجی ، ہم سب مسلمان روزانہ پانچ وقت نماز ضرور پڑھیں وقت پہ پابندی سے ، قرآن پڑھیں اور قرآن کا ترجمع روزانہ پابندی سے ضرور پڑھیں ، ہر نماز کے بعد اللّٰہ کے ناموں کی تسبیحات ضرور پڑھیں وقت پہ پابندی سے روزانہ ، اور اپنے روزمرہ کے کاموں میں مصروف رہیں تو ہمیں زیادہ موبائل استعمال کرنے کی ضرورت ہی نہیں پڑے گی ۔ 👍❤️👌💯✌️🌹

Professor Dr Javed Iqbal,your every word is right.initially you would panic but afterward you will feel relaxed. How about letting all your contacts know that mobile phone is switched off every day say 7 tp 9am, that way neither you nor your contacts don’t go in panic state. Thank you for your lovely talk PS. I should have said Close family members as it would be difficult to inform all contacts.

The human brain is capable of performing multiple abilities simultaneously or in quick succession. This is because the brain is made up of a network of interconnected regions that work together to process information from the world around us and from within our own bodies. Different regions of the brain are specialized for different tasks, such as language processing, sensory perception, motor control, and memory. For example, when you are driving a car, your brain is simultaneously processing visual information from the road, sounds from the environment, and sensory feedback from your body (such as the feel of the steering wheel and pedals). At the same time, your brain is making decisions about how to navigate the car, responding to traffic signals, and monitoring your speed and position on the road. Similarly, when you are engaged in a conversation with someone, your brain is processing auditory information from their voice, analyzing the meaning of their words, and generating an appropriate response, all while simultaneously monitoring nonverbal cues such as facial expressions and body language. Overall, the human brain is highly adaptable and capable of performing multiple tasks at the same time, although there are limits to this ability depending on factors such as individual differences in cognitive abilities, task complexity, and the level of distraction or cognitive load present in the environment.
