I am from Mexico and I remember that that year they had sold about 15'000 tickets out of the 65'000 available and when they announced that One Direction would be part of the presentations they were sold out in two days. All the directioners just bought the tickets to see the guys singing for 15 min. It was ✨ICONIC✨

I think they got closer that last year after Zayn left. They had sort of lost touch with each other before as a group but they banded together again for this last album with a common goal to make it the best they could while missing a piece of them.

I’m not even from Mexico but the fans there are literally the best! Not even just for 1D as a band; Like when Louis went there in 2019 it was INSANE. The airport was full of fans he could barely walk through the crowd but they were really respectful and he was so so happy. Then of course we can’t forget how loud they were!! I think the crowd he performed to was somewhere in the 60k and everyone was SCREAMING the lyrics. And when the fans gathered outside the hotel he was staying in and got a mariachi band to play for him while they were singing. And the fan projects!!

A.M is one of their best songs and my personal favourite and they all wrote this song together, which is why it feels even more personal to them! And Niall even performs at Premios Telehit in 2019, you should definitely react to his Slow Hands and This Town performance there!
