valerie burton I believe that they try to cater to hair type and or porosity. We personally think their brand has way too many products and it’s product overload. The brand is way to overwhelming and offers too many options. Options are good, but Shea Moisture takes it to a whole new level that is just too confusing in our opinion. ➰➿😊

Great results!! I like this Leave in. It's kinda strange but the first jar I had a few years back was very liquidy like the one you guys used. My more recent jar is so much thicker. I'm curious to know if they changed something. Hmmm who knows??? I've never used this alone.

I've tried so many line from Shea Moisture and I haven't tried that one because I've heard it may be too harsh for my curls. I have fine low porosity hair. I want to try the deep conditioner. Thanks for reviewing it and explaining about protein. Love you ladies.

I use aphogee all the time. Too much protein is bad. You’re supposed to have a regular schedule of protein moisturizing and elasticity treatments . Aphogee i use to protein treatment and the curlific treatment . You’re supposed to put the moisture balance after the protein is rinsed out

I liked this product review. A word of caution to people looking to try this product is that it has apple cider vinegar in it which makes my scalp itchy, red and irritated. If you have a reaction to this product, discontinue use immediately.

I love the leave in. Never tried other products from this line. Watery products are good for low porosity hair, which I have. That’s why I like the Mane Choice gels. I never liked Echo Styler gel, used it maybe 3 times and it flaked so bad. I was done.

I would rather have a thick leave in that way you can add a little water if you want to get it to the consistency you prefer for your hair. If it's too watery there is nothing I can do w the product it CAN be too watery and in an hour feel like I didn't put anything at all in my hair. I have this product and it is the thick consistency. I rub it in my hands and that seems to melt it just perfectly.

I love your one and done approve videos. What are your thoughts on Gels vs leave in conditioners ? Over time is using too much Gel not healthy for your hair ? Or does it depend on what’s in the gel ? I have been natural for three years but I have only been no heat for one year . During that year I just did flexi Rods . I wanted my hair to grow more so I could cut the “straight” strands off . I use to straighten my hair a lot so my curl pattern had faded . I finally did that about six months ago . Obviously it’s wash and go season (YES) . Your videos have really helped guide me on which products I should use etc . Thank you . Just wanted more guidance on “gels” . I have only being using Leave in .

If you check out aphogee's faqs on their website, it says to use the treatment 24-36 hours before coloring your hair. I don't know if that makes a significant difference, but it's what they recommend. Edit: Panthenol is a moisturizing alcohol. It's a humectant.

I have this product but I absolutely hate the smell and I would have never considered it a one and done. The results are beautiful. Please try the Mango & Olive Oil Beautiful Curls Geleau by Curl Origin. I really want to try out their products but I would like to see how it works in your hair. I hope husband/father is doing well. Love your videos! I am starting to venture out more and you guys give me inspiration. Btw, I used the Keratin 2 min reconstructed and it made my curls change. They are looser and mushy. Since the (about 3 weeks ago). I have been deep conditioning like crazy. They are slowly but surely coming back. Someone told me that those products can be hard on some people's hair. Your thoughts? Have you ever used the Keratin Reconstructer? Stupid me thought it would just help with dryness and shedding. Anyway, love you ladies and love your conversations!

sonya neal The Keratin 2 min. Treatment is considered a treatment. It’s the Aphogee product, right? We own it and I (LoriAnne) have at times, used it halfway through my 6 week 2 Step Protein Treatment as instructed by The bottle. But keep in mind it is protein. If your hair doesn’t like protein be cautioned. I’m sure it could help with dryness and shedding if your hair tolerates it. TaylorAnne’s hair gets extremely dry from protein so she doesn’t join me every 6 weeks for “Protein night” 😂 Thank you for watching us. Really sad they changed the formula. The liquid old version worked so well in my hair. My wash n go’s would last up to 6 days no refreshing. New formula makes me hair really dry and nappy.

It cost @ 7.49 for the one TaylorAnne uses in our video there is a larger one that retails for @ 11.49. The one LoriAnne uses (colorful dots) was bought at a mall beauty supply store. M.A.D.CURLS my twins are identical girls. So bless our sons and daughters. Your son should do what’s called green to gold, if he isn’t coming as an officer from the start. Then he can transition to an officer. One of my daughters took the enlisted route for basic training and after graduation from Fort Jackson, we drove her to Officer candidate School to finish the training to be an officer like her sister. She is a captain now. Her twin sister just made major a month ago.

shasha9890 Curl Junkie’s Pattern Pusha gave me (LoriAnne) a 4 day Wash and Go and actually the very last video we did on Aunt Jackies Gel. I am on my 4th day right now. Ouidad was another winner. I’m finding it’s not so much the products as it is learning how to refresh the next morning and preserve the night before. And TaylorAnne can get 4-5 days out of any product when she gets a chance and we aren’t filming back to back days. She definitely knows how to refresh. 🤓🦁💕➰-LoriAnne

M.A.D.CURLS Nice!! Refreshing is definitely key. Something I just learned from another youtuber, is to mix in a tiny bit of oil into the water & leave-in bottle I use to refresh my curls. It works for me, as I have 3c 4a and even some 4c! And those 4c don't like to be manipulated that much but crave that daily moisturization. 😁
