Moist and Easy Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe:
- 240g milk ( 1 cup)
- 90g Butter (3/4 stick)
- 1 large egg
- 200g Sugar ( 1 cup)
- 120g flour (3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 75g unsweetened cocoa powder (3/4 cup, don't pack it!)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Chocolate Buttercream:
- 220g butter( 2 sticks)
- 220g powdered sugar ( 1 3/4 cup)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 60g unsweetened cocoa powder (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp warm coffee ( Actual espresso coffee, not the instant one)

Emma, I love watching your videos, your voice, your enthusiasm! I have made your microwave mugcakes gluten free. I am very challenged as my daughter has anaphylactic allergies to eggs, all nuts/seeds and is gluten free. The cooking smell of allergens in the oven are also a problem. Do you have any tutorials that are egg free. (I understand that's probably not your specialty). Some recipes can be made GF. Just wondering if there are more of your recipes I can try. Thankyou! 🤗

How long can I keep the buttercream at room temperature?

Leave the cupcakes at room temp, stored in an air tight container. As long as it's not summer where u live, you'll be fine😘 Cupcakes stay fresh for 2-3 days.
