@@bobbo384 Yes but when you upload in low bitrate the visual quality gets further reduced. It’s not worth watching imho.

@@bobbo384 And no. You can transfer video in HD quality eveb if the source material is not high quality. The problem with such videos like this the use if codecs and understand how to optimize the end result. Video codecs and video bitrate is not a trivial matter. Sadly too many people uploads whole series of TV show but in such low quality it’s not worth watching IMHO.
