It's basically ''true 100%'' where he goes past the body limitation of about 80%. Which has a sort of serious link to real life. We have subconscious limits to the maximum power we can use as to not destroy our own bodies. He went past those and afterwards a doctor warned him that further uses of that could end up him losing the ability to move his arms.
