So the reason why Deku completes the One for All quirk is because he was the 2nd quirkless user and it had to be that way. All the previous users before All might had their own quirks that mixed into one for all and made it grow. As you know One for All is a quirk that is physically taxing to the body. You can see All Might's condition. If the 8th inheritor wasn't all might but someone with their own quirk would have died sooner as their body would have reached it's limit sooner. All might being the quirkless wielder was able to make one for all grow and pass it on. If he had chosen Lemillion for some reason Lemillion would have died before reaching the peak of one for all. The unknown condition to complete one for all that had already absorbed 6 other quirks needed to be passed down to quirkless users. Deku being the 2nd quirkless user will enable one for all to grow into it's final stage and help him reach the peak of one for all. In other words this couldn't have been done by anyone else All Might and Deku were special even without quirks as they were the only ones that could complete One for All. Call it fate, destiny or luck or a coincidence whatever you want.

What Monoma meant at the beginning is that for people like himself and Shinso, in order to be good heroes, they need to act very un-hero-like, and that causes their hopes and aspirations to become burdens in the way of their jobs. He demonstrated this by asking how Shinso got Deku to talk, which he did by insulting his classmate, calling him a dumb monkey (a bit unheroic of him). Similarly, Monoma has to resort to dirty tricks in order to touch his opponents and gain their Quirks, and he cannot be a hero by his lonesome - he must always depend on either having allies to copy, or on his opponents being safe to touch. The translation just messed up his explanation and made it seem nonsensical.

This season is definitely underrated. You have deku learning more about his lineage, bakugo's major character development, and also the thing related to shigaraki (I am not gonna spoil it for them).

They fucked up the pacing by switching arc order and adding a filler episode that no one cared about because of the movie. Not to mention the surprisingly unpolished animation at some points and the censorship (Toga looked so much worse after her fight, and Shigaraki's past scene was heavily censored alongside with his visit to the doctor)

5:00 He can't use 2 of the same copied quirks at the same time, but he can store and copy multiple quirks. With his time and amount limit growing over the years as he trained. It is also notable - that his time limit is obviously depended on last contact with copied quirk. Which means he could technically use one's quirk constantly, when touching them. Keep your eyes on Monoma. 10:45 There was a reason we talked about quirk singularity last season (I wish season 4 didn't cut down the licence redo arc down, especially as it was actually narrated by Bakugo's thoughts). OFA - a perfect quirk container copying will and powers of the previous users. Growing with each iteration and life-force put into it. Quirk singularity theory put into practice. 12:00 Funnily - we still haven't seen them all in the manga, but the ones we have seen are actually super fun and you kinda already saw some of them.

Cause all the other quirks were already mostly used by All Might - it would be fun to see something new like with Blackwhip. But I wouldn't be suprised, if it is something bullshit that would reverse Shigaraki's desintegration or something (like a healing or power of friendship). If it is something we already have seen - my bet would be on muscle transformation. All Might did say the transformation is him flexing and it probably is also connected to the Steam, but it wouldn't be suprising, if it is effect of multiple quirks. Especially as bigger muscular Deku could kinda counter the finger mutant quirk Shigaraki is using now - fighting Monoma and Blue Jeanist team. It will probably matter though, in final confrontation, like Float did in the war arc. Unless its something unrelated that will matter in "post-game".

@@mjm3091 all might never used any of the other quirks, he was only capable of utilizing the raw stockpile of energy that is the basis of OFA. His muscle form is his own version of full cowling in that the power enhanced his body

@@divinedemon9076 Spoilers Below. For me he unintentionally uses most of the quirks. It explains why Deku's quirk was so different from what All Might could do, early on. And it would make sense with All Might being able to use whole quirk from the very beginning. Most notably we can see him use Smokescreen, especially when he is changing between the forms. He most likely also used Danger Sense and Fa Jin in some capabilities, which could be explained by normal OFA boost, his buff physique, his experience and hero talent. It could also be argued that his long distance travel jumps could be buffed in some degree, by the Float. And obviously there is the last quirk we still don't know about.

@@mjm3091 none of those are conscious applications nor are they even accurate representations, and 1 of those is vaguely coincidental. All might also had to do research to even identify what the previous quirks even were and was even stated to just be a natural in combat which is how he utilized to stockpile of power. He only ever had 1 contact with the vestiges and that was minimal. Nana also wasn’t able to use previous quirks and she was even told that she wasn’t ready. Deku is the only one who has been allowed to use more than just the raw power stockpile because of quirk singularity

World Heroes Mission takes place during the Endeavor agency which canonically happens after MVA but the arcs were switched around in the anime

well there's 9 of them, two of which being quirkless, so seven people with quirks. And two of those are the passing on quirk and stock piling quirk which belongs to the first user. so technically he would only be getting 5 other quirks

Take note that the OFA is a product AFO's mixing quirks that give to his little brother in order to follow and become part of AFO's plan. Those who are using OFA next to him will be remain inside OFA until the last wielder will be the one who'll complete OFA. 7 quirks to be manifested (Currently reveal the name of quirk: Transference and Blackwhip). OFA will become stronger other than just being a stockpile of powers. It makes since that AFO and OFA have the same abilities but different functions and weaknesses as well.

This episode was great for many reasons. Reveal of Dekus multiple Quirk. Him dealing with that information overload real time, and Uraraka and his relations being developed more. One of the strongest episodes of the season

All Might did see the vestiges once before. However it was different than when Deku saw them recently and it was also different when Nana saw them. I have to assume every user of OFA has seen the vestiges, excluding the first one. I don't believe Deku being born quirkless is what enabled him to use the six hidden quirks as if that were the case then All Might would of been able to do the same. Rather I think it has more to do with how many times OFA has been passed down and/or how much it has been trained. For all we know if All Might held onto it for another year he could of awakened the other quirks. That said I do think it gets a significant power boost each time it is passed on, provided each user can master it. *Spoiler Warning!* Manga readers, yes, I know Deku being born quirkless is important, but I don't believe that was a requirement for him unlocking the quirks of the other holders.

Manga spoilers I believe the ones who made it strong enough for deku to get the other quirks were him and all might by not having an original quirk. It grew exponentially with them more than the past users because it didn't have to waste energy strengthening the user's original quirk. It was now able to fully devote all its energy to the "core" for years, allowing it to grow enough for the previous quirks to be accessible. I feel like if ofa had kept being with those with quirks, the core would take tons of years to get big enough. Also, I don't anyone with a quirk would live long enough to learn about the other quirks/ how to use them because ofa drains the life from those who had it that already had an original quirk to where they died really young, and that was before all might added power. So if someone like bakugo got ofa, they most likely would have died in a few years

Just to clear things up, the reason why Deku's the first one to manifest all these quirks has nothing to do with who he is, but how long OFA has been passed down. Like with normal quirks, OFA gets stronger (i.e. it stockpiles more power) the more generations it goes through. It needed time to "marinate," let's say. So it would've manifested with the 9th user no matter who it was cause it was done "cooking."

Thought: AFO has the ability to steal quirks and give them to other people. They thought his brother was quirkless but it turned out he also had the ability to pass on quirks. *Is it possible his brother actually had the ability to take quirks as well but didn’t realize it? Or intentionally hid his ability?* How did AFO’s brother even figure out he could give OFA away? He couldn’t have passed it on by accident; it has to be intentional.

QUESTION: What if Monoma copied a quirk that has a feedback on his own quirk? Like Eri's "rewind". If he has it for 5min he could rewind his own quirk at 4min 50sec back to the moment he got "rewind" and basically has another 5min, and then do it again and again. (I'm sure there are some other quirks that could have the same feedback, cuz we know/ will know why he can't use Eri's quirk)

@@joe_the_goatt yes I was aware, but what I was saying is that the reason minima can’t copy rewind or one for all is because he copies the nature of the quirk, and not what is stockpiled, so the only way your theory works is if the quirk mentioned does not rely on stockpiling any form of energy,(physical strength for OFA and presumably time for rewind)

If I'm counting all of the quirks OFA have, it is indeed then it is 8 (2 because of Stockpile and Transference + 6 extra quirks). By the way, only from 3rd user to 7th are those with their quirks revealed. 2nd user's quirk is still undefined.

This quirk just SKYROCKETED. Stockpile is INFINITE. There is NOTHING that is not stockpiled. Memories, quirks, energy, you name it. It’s what makes All-Might’s drop to 1/60th of his prime so unusual. Such an unlimited stockpile wouldn’t run out so simply. And it’s why the fact All-Might can still transform is why I believe he still has ALL the power he once had. But his body is too trashed to use it. And while yes the time came for Deku, something the 5th user said gave it away. You will be the one to complete OFA. That is in manga, that is in sub AND dub. The way he said it implies there has been at least one other attempt. And no one fits the bill better than All-Might. He likely didn’t awaken all 8 quirks of OFA. But now that we know give quirks is nothing but part of the stockpile, (and doesn’t require much to use is my guess along with it) unlocking the other 6 within it is on the table. I REALLY don’t think we’re done with All-Might and I will continue to point out such hints. It also seems that an extra quirk sets in at max control for Deku. Which is painful, but not externally damaging. Which goes to show how tough he is in this moment. He’s tearing apart buildings, blasting through giant steel pipes with WIND PRESSURE, and just think. There is NO WAY that this FULL arsenal isn’t necessary to fight AFO. Wrap your head around THAT.

When i watch this episode i thought Deku will be most powerful but things changed when big villan All for one plan works . Now i think Deku will be killed soon if he not control one for all 100% but sadly we all know Deku can't control it 100% not yet it takes years to master it like Allmight .even with so many quirks deku is not strongest he need time that's why most people love this show it's not like one punch man that u train just 2 years and become most powerful being without any scars or anything . Monoma's copy has much in common with OFA. If Monoma would train way more he could hold more Quirks for a longer period of time. So he could try and push it so far that he can hold the Quirks for several years, maybe even until the end of his lifetime. And he could be able to store not only 6 or 7 quirks but 56 or hundreds. So he could basically be All for One, but without "stealing" other people's quirks but instead copying them. Also he wouldn't be able to use 2 or more at the same time (YET).
