One For The Smoker - October Salmon Fishing

Later sunrise, earlier sunset, cooler temperatures, some swell on the way out...that means fall has arrived and the big ones are passing through. This chunky boy is headed to the smoker, 22lbs dressed.

Gotta get those last few salmon into the freezer before the long off-season. I smoked and vac packed one this past weekend. That taste never fails to please.
