This movie terrified me. It’s always the ones closest to us that can hurt us the most. It’s not uncommon for families to turn their backs on one another but still easy to be blindsided by the lengths some people will go. And terrifying to think of anyone being abused like this, just because of who they are. The love between Rebecca and Genevieve was equally powerful, in perfect contrast to the pain and suffering, gentle, healing, true. I haven’t been this moved in so many directions by a film in a while.

Thinking u are free to make decisions and forgotten the fact that there is only one God and we all have to follow HIS commands and abide by them ... I did not expect the father to be the attacker of the main character. I was shook.The father is terrible, I genuinely thought the attacker was the ex boyfriend. im glad the mother is embracing her true self in the end and that Rebeca and Genevieve are together again so sweet.

Great movies! Loved it. The tender love of the lesbian couples, the anxieties of boyfriend and parents, the emotional manipulations, the religious and morality blackmailing, the overly thoughtfulness, the persistency and grit of lesbian lovers. Finally, true love wins. It’s the long waited freedom that did not come easily and cheaply. So poignant and bittersweet. Though short film, yet it squeezed in lots of good topics that are so valuable to resonate and discuss in the small groups settings. Love it! Thanks to the Wicked Winter Film. Fan from TAIWAN

You have just made a new fan of your work in Greece!It made my stomach hurt!I know how it is not to be accepted by your family because you love a person.It used to hurt me a lot, but living with the love of my life the last 10 years,in a small town, where people still think it's a sin, I can honestly tell you that I don't care a bit about them!A few days ago same sex marriage was legalised by the Greek parliament and we had demonstrations by priests and their followers.They claim that the law is going to vanish the authentic Christian orthodox family 😂! This was a great movie. I honestly found my self in an ocean of emotions from each character.Felt pretty related to both women. But that truth was shocking. It angered me an sadden me all together. Because love is such a beautiful experience that we should all be able to share an be respected for. As long as it’s a healthy relationship, Pure love No matter the sexuality isn’t a sin. The sin is in lying to yourself for the mindful peace of someone else or society.

Wooooooo, very powerful.. gripped my heart so strongly; I'm actually tearing up right now,...j am a lesbian and I can feel the deep betrayals and the violence oozing through any crack forming in any wall... through any locked door...still tearing up. But I loved the ending; although I kept wanting them to feel safe/I mean I was wanting that safety( ahhhh their vulnerable but their safe) feeling to stay... with me... but what a cost... Great acting and directing!
