At Thailand n Malaysian mostly not to sour.. sweet n candy .. wild tamarind ofkoslah sour ngok
Have you heard this poem Tamarind : Nobody knows where my Tamarind stood Just by a winding lane. Each year it gave me fruit and shade, and drew Me to my home again. I loved to sit beneath her shady boughs, And rest up for a while, To gaze out upon the distant blue hills, With laughter and a smile. And now that I’m back, I’m eager to find, My tamarind again. I hasten down to that favourite spot, I search... but search in vain. Then I stop and I stare; I stand quite still I listen to my heart. That magnificent tree, that was my life, Has just been ripped apart. I turn to the hills, my eyes filled with tears For sure, I've lost my soul. Where once it stood tall, there's nothing there now, Merely an empty hole.

"Asam Jawa" is the term for tamarind in Indonesia. Tamarind is widely used in various cooking spices, Indonesian salad spices, to make sour candy, and can also be used for traditional medicine (called Jamu). In Indonesia, the tamarind tree is also known as one of the haunted trees where ghosts live.

Both my husband and I being ex chef's really want your kitchen, and all the stuff you cook with. In fact I'm going to figure out a way to get a knife like yours here in New Zealand because ours are heavy and hard to use for most things, so I'm on the lookout for a lightweight knife like yours that I can use for everyday cooking, and I will be buying a wok to. P.S I absolutely love you and your family, can your grandma and grandpa adopt me please

This is nostalgic for me. It brought back memories of my childhood when I'd climb the tamarind tree beside our house. I would even eat the fruits even if it's still green inside. For some reason they weren't as sour as others. I miss that tree. We left my hometown more than 20 years ago.

In Yunnan, lives a princess who's name is Dianxi , She lives happily with her mom,dad , grandparents, brother , uncle, and her cute Dawang who is actually a dog... The wonderful fact is that if someone watches her daily chores ,like how she cooks for her family , how she behaves to others ,her respect to elders , kindness to other living beings, their mind fill with happiness, that was actually a boon from god to her ....others like me watches her cooking ,and activities..becomes happy ,relieves from stress....
i love how the golden retriever's name is simply "Golden Hair".

My dearest mother made this tamarind cake last year inspired of you my dear and it's still left some to preserve at home now but she left to heaven so soon. It was you she had seen mostly before her journey to the Almighty.
