Love this Kurt! I’ve been navigating through the same thing with my company. I’m a director and producer through and through but right now there’s more work for camera people and my passion isn’t really with cameras but I’m trying to find ways to still be able to get more clients. This advice really helps, I’m going to start creating my vision with help from others to get my work out there and attract new and more clients🙏🏼 thank you so so much ✌🏼

Try share your portfolio with bigger production companies who are doing projects that require directors or producers. There are jobs out there for what you’re doing 😊
