I guess you'll never read this, Espen, but I'm a fellow norwegian who had a very similair experience way back in 2015. I found out that what I experienced was a panic attack, and it left me feeling weird and off for several years to follow. I learned to live with it, but I had an uneasy, physical feeling in my chest that made me feel insecure and worried. That feeling didn't go away until i met my now fiancée in 2018, and it went away pretty much instantly when we started dating. So my advice to you would be to find the love of your life, someone you feel completely safe and comfortable with, and never let her go. Learn to love, and embrace being loved. Funnily enough; my fiancée is from Romania, so maybe have a look at your local dating pool where you're currently living 😉 All the best!
