I LOVE your videos.!! Thank you so much for organizing things so neatly. Having an amazing aesthetic for the eyes, and good sound and then a burning workout with so much variety. I cannot tell you what a breath of fresh air you are. I feel like you should have a million subscribers. This kicked my butt! Since I live in a small upper floor apartment I can’t be jumping around. I burned almost 500 calories according to my Apple watch. I had to take a little break during the arm workout I couldn’t do the whole thing. I have 5 pound weights so it was pretty challenging. Also so creative with the booty bands for abs it was a game changer.

I'm done with this one 😊 and it was totally fantastic 😊. When doing upper body section I was switching between my 1 and 2 kg dumbbells but still had to take a few breaks coz my shoulders were BURNING BURNING 🔥 and the abs section was super tough but so enjoyable 😀. By the way I was wondring what the TVA is... Thank you, Larie!

Great job Tatiana!! The transverse abdominals is your deepest core layer - sometimes we will do all of these ab workouts and not engage that muscle so I like to give gentle cues and reminders to draw it up and in to activate 😀❤️

Wow, you mommas are strong! This is not a prenatal workout butttttt that doesn’t mean we can’t do it as long as you feel comfortable enough to modify yourself. Here’s the parts where I would modify slightly -the range of motion especially on the wide pliés/ sumo squat (just don’t take it down as far) - reduce the range of motion on any side bends/obliques - be sure to keep the TVA activated by giving the baby a gentle hug up - we don’t want to see any coning or tenting. -I don’t believe there’s any twisting in this workout (until the very end where I would tell you to stop) but definitely avoid twisting from the belly - lighten the weight whenever you need to/if you need to! The length of this is and the high volume is what makes it super challenging. When we come to the ground to do bridges, if you’re at a stage where lying on your back for 5 minutes is uncomfortable (by the third trimester it’ll prob feel like this) I would bring your shoulders to a chair for incline hip bridges -just make sure the back of the chair is up against a wall so there’s no way it could tip over. Once we get the mini band out - stop! (That actually puts you at an hour bc this goes long - that was a my bad!)
