Wow! Arms are shaking, that was awesome! As a ballet teacher, my observation is that as your "class" we are mirroring you, so if you are doing something with your right arm up and left leg out, our bodies automatically do our left arm up and our right leg out. Therefore, it would be helpful if you say the opposite of what you are doing, so it "makes sense" to us. This is only recommended for when you are facing straight front, and we mirror, for ease of following - if you are sideways, then we are copying the same sides as you. Just a ballet teacher "trick" to help the class follow along.

When we’re in a side lying position or if we abduct in a big ROM you could use a weight as resistance against the outer thigh. During the walks just really make that mind muscle connection and if you want to get super creative then use your hands as resistance! 🔥

This was a great barre workout! That band work was pretty killer at then end! For some reason it took me 1.5 hrs to finish!? 😳🤷🏻♀️ I think something skipped back on me! 😂 Great sweat session and I enjoyed every minute of it! Thanks Larie! 💜 Also it is really choppy when I used the chromecast to play on my TV but doesn’t on my phone... do you know why? I don’t have issues with anyone else’s videos when I cast.

This workout does run like 70 minutes - I rounded when I said an hour, don’t hate me 😭- but an hour and a half - yeaaa you probably did something twice possibly - I have no idea why this is happening to you on chromecast and this is the first I’m hearing of it so I will send KZbin a message on my end!! FIT by Larie I saw that it said 1:14:00 and was fine with that but then I looked at the clock and it was waaay over that! 😂 I think that is where the choppy plays in too. But I can’t figure out where there would have been double except the squat walk stuff maybe? No worries! I loved it just hard to deal with the choppiness of the speech/music, etc. and especially if it is going to make me do more than what I need! Lol! 🤣🤣

My 3 month old started getting restless as I was doing this so I strapped him in a baby carrier and managed to do most of the class with him faced inwards. He fell asleep 5 min later as well and woke up in time for the mat segment! Have you thought about doing some baby carrier workouts?
