Most excellent tabata workout! Definitely a challenging working out when you need to be kicked out of your comfort zone. 20 seconds of work doesn’t sound so tough, until it’s nearly continuous through the 4 minute blocks. As an added benefit, most of the 10 seconds between rounds are a hold of some kind, so working the body throughout. I definitely needed the 1 minute breaks between blocks! Great balance alternating strength and cardio. Larie keeps you motivated and engaged throughout, especially during the last 2 blocks to finish strong. THANKS!!!!

Your workouts are really really good! Very professional. I hope you get to make money doing them as I want them to continue. Keep up with 60min ones. People should realize anyone can workout with you as I am old - mid 60s - with bad shoulders, knees and back, but I can modify everything to fit me and still get a very challenging hour long challenge. I would pass for a few reasons. - I don’t give any prenatal cues - the cardio circuit is extremely high intensity, which may be too much for most. We don’t want you to get overheated. (I would give prenatal a longer recover time personally. Everyone is different though) - some of these exercises would require a lotttt of modifications - twisting. Deep range of motion. long variation of planks to name of a few. So in short, I’d pick something else 😀 I’ll make a prenatal strength and conditioning workout very soon! Keep up the great work momma ❤️

A lot - prob 500+ everyone is different though, heart rate response / calories burned is very individual! Keep up the great work 🙌
