I love the meal prepping you did. It helps when getting ready for work in the morning to have "grab and go" food for the work day. I like how you did the hash brown patties in the mini iron. Great job!

Hi, Jen, I do not have a salad spinner, but I understand that I need one in my life! (We eat lots of tossed salads.) But I'm confused as to how long you "soak" the produce, how much and what kind of vinegar you add, and whether or not you re-wash the produce after you drain the vinegar-water. Maybe a short tutorial? Thanks!

During the school year I make my own egg bites. I use a muffin pan with olive oil spray or any type of pan spray. I put cheese, bacon, spinach, pretty much anything you like. Toss in the oven. Super convenient for morning breakfast. Just put in the microwave and done. I make enough for the week.

I love watching your videos. I have a suggestion for your rice. Just offering a different way. 😊 1 cup of rice to 2 cups water (technically just under the 2 c mark) *Toast your rice in a bit of oil *Once toasted, add your water *Bring water to boil *Once boiling, stir, turn your flame to low and cover *Cook 15-16 min Turn off fire and let sit undisturbed for at least 10 minutes then fluff with fork
@Jen-Chapin4 жыл бұрын
I totally suck at cooking rice on the stove lol! I usually do it in the instant pot 😜
@yvettepineda35834 жыл бұрын
Lol....I'm sure your way works fine, I was just making a suggestion. 😁 I've never made it in the instant pot so there you go. I have some good recipes for Mexican rice or what we called growing up Puerto Rican rice. 🙂

Hey Jen this is the wrong video but I’ve watched three of yours today on my TV. I can’t make comments on my TV but I wanted to suggest that you look into HP printers for your photographs. Are used to use $60 worth of ink every three months printing pictures then I found the HP ink that you subscribe to you can pay five dollars a month to print 100 pages or 150. Anyway their subscription program is amazing and they mail it to you when you’re getting low I am so surprised at how cheap it is to print with their HP printer program. You might look it up I don’t really know what the name of it is w it’s out looking it up.
