Afghanistan would've been better off had the "mujahideen" been crushed or had Washington not foolishly funded them alongside their regional allies such as Saudi Arabia (Godfather of Wahhabiism) and Pakistan. Sure, call Najibullah a murderer but what does that make the Taliban which came from the "mujahideen"? Same with the other warlords that associate with the "Northern Alliance" (at least half of them compose of those who betrayed the PDPA, not just those who were "mujahideen", so there's no point in separating the Taliban from the "mujahideen").

Communists who were the founder of the Taliban and communism in Afghanistan became a bad name because it was Pashtunism and massacred innocent people in prison until Mujahedeen was created, and finally Najibullah gave power to Gulbuddin Hekmatyar Hizb-e-Islami and handed over the nation and army of Afghanistan to Pakistan. Only the forces of the north Ahmad Shah Massoud, the guerrilla of the twentieth century, were really fighting and He was patriotic.

"Loy Afghanistan" means "My Afghanistan" ;) nice songs however! It would be good to know the other missing titles and translation! The DPRA realized some progressive reforms such as forbidding bears for men and burqa for women, but it was a puppet government of Soviet social-imperialism which was defeated by Afghan people and genuine communists.

First "Loy Afghanistan" means in pashto "Great Afghanistan"(includes balochistan, FATA(Waziristan, Bajaur Agency etc.), khyber pashtunkhwa and Afghanistan). "Zma Afghanistan = My Afghanistan". Second the mujahideen were a minority but heavily equipped by usa, saudi arabia and pakistan and every single Afghan would say I'm right that the socialist regime was better than monarchy, taliban and current government. Third down with Imperialism.

Workers seek power, they sought to freedom from English and American domination. When offered a helping hand and trade deals to their benefit was that 'being a puppet'? Even the flat anti religious sentiments or secular sentiments are something in every single society. The majority of all priests always seek to make the toilers puppets. When the abuses of religious officials gain public hatred and the scum of the earth excuse their behavior with religion that's not foreign intervention that makes them hated. Arm the laborer a and you will see what they want!
