That's what Olivia wants to if you notice for him to continue to fight for her because even though she pushes him away or walks away she still loves him. She just don't know how to love him in a healthy way. She was raised that love is a weakness and that power and the republic is the most important thing but at the end of the day she needs Fitz in her life to function because like he said last season our weakness is our strength.
