This didn’t happen to me but recently, my dads best friends grandmother passed away. Her middle name was fega, which in Yiddish (her most fluent language) means bird. The exact second that her funeral started, a beautiful multi colored parakeet (which we later found out that there are no types of that bird in the state of New York, not even in zoos) sat down right next to the funeral, and was not scared of the people there at all, even when people came within a few inches of it. The second everybody started to leave, the bird flew away. Many people (including myself) believe that it was an angel in disguise

I have a similar story. Whenever it snowed, my grandparents would sit on the porch together watching it snow for hours. After my grandmother died, my grandfather could not bring himself to watch the snow without her. When my grandfather died a few years later his funeral was on a sunny day, not even cold enough for snow. Yet when the church service ended it started snowing right as everyone started heading to the cemetery for the graveside service and didn't stop until everyone was at the gravesite, leaving a light blanket of snow on the ground. Everyone knew it was them who sent the snow to let us know they were finally together again.

I lived just outside of downtown Memphis for a couple years. It seemed like every time we had bad weather, rain would fall across the street from my apartment for more than 10 minutes before it started moving towards my apartment. There were many occasions where I would sit on my porch and watch a, literal, wall of rain completely soak everything across the street and never move closer to my apartment. I have several videos of the rain wall. My neighbor lived in the house next to our quad-plex for almost 30 years. She told me that our street was aligned with the jet stream during certain times of the year; which would force the northeast-moving storm to move more north. It made sense. I never did much digging on the phenomenon and took her word for it.

I've experienced that quite regularly. Just the other day, from my back garden I could see rain in the distance and just sat down and watched it approach. As it reached me I went inside and continued watching as it drenched our patio and back garden. A few minutes later the rain stopped. I then went out to the shops and noticed that, our front yard was bone dry. My daughter had been weeding in the front garden the entire time and confirmed, she'd seen no rain at all. By the time I got home from the shops (about 20 minutes) we had a clear blue sky but the back garden was still absolutely sodden.

As a kid, in Battle Creek, Michigan, while my family was visiting my granparents, I hurried out to the front porch to watch the approaching thunderstorm. The porch was covered and big enough that it kept you dry during most rains. Granpa (who loved thunderstorms as well) came out and joined me. And we both sat on the porch glider (seat) and watched the rain fall on the other side of the street. The street ran east and west. From start to finish, hardly a drop of rain fell on the north {our side) half of the street. But everything from a little over halfway across the street, snd south, was soaked. I felt like I had been cheated. We got the lightning, the thunder, but no rain. (Pouting)

Side Note: Although, if he DID get shot in 1965, then the killer (whose name escapes me at the moment) most likely would have had the book “The Catcher In The Rye” (1951) on him. 6:15 It’s not as big of a coincidence as people think. Ceramic plates like that can have partial cracks that appear and weaken the structure without creating a break - it’s just due to the color of most plates, they’re unseen. When enough pressure is applied over time, when it finally does break, it will cleanly break at the original fracture rather than splintering into pieces. The only coincidence here is that it was down the middle leaving two equal pieces rather than at an angle leaving irregular remnants.

When Lincoln pulled Booth out of the tracks. Booth pulled something to... A Trigger
@cravinbob4 жыл бұрын
Edwin Booth was John Wilkes Booth brother. Dad was an actor as were the brothers. John's plan was to kidnap Lincoln but that plan fell apart as did everything else. The trouble when you conspire with idiots.

On the topic of this, (4:02) My mom was once sitting in her van, looking at her phone, when two crows flew onto the hood of the car, and something some people believe in, is that crows that land of the hood on your car, are passed away relatives that have reincarnated into crows. My mom then realised one of the crows was missing a leg, and my grandfather was also missing a leg. She said it might've been my grandma and grandpa.

3:44 - One in a Million?... I find nails and screws like this in tires all the time.. A nail that actually pierces 90 degrees into the tire is what's rare.. Nails lay down on the road and the heads get stuck between threads and pulled up. Nothing really "amazing" there.

I totally disbelieved the choir story as the town name wasn't mentioned. So I checked it out (Beatrice, Nebraska). Absolutely true. Snopes even lists most of the reasons that every one of those choristers were late.

The 50 / 50 chance of rain... I live in SW Florida and see that all the time. It is very common here. I actually stood in my driveway on a bright sunny day with a torrential down pour right in front of me without getting wet. It was like looking at a wall of water !!!
@Bworms19803 жыл бұрын
I experienced this multiple times in Florida as well, when I lived in Orlando. I would be standing dry on one side of the street, watching as it rained on the other side. Its so bizarre.
@Jaggededge112 Жыл бұрын
I was in high school riding a city bus and it was pouring down with rain we went under a underpass and after coming out the other side it was dry. It was the first time I had ever seen such a thing. Then when my ex husband was in the navy we were in South Carolina and I was in one side of town and it suddenly started pouring down rain and I had to get back to the base to pick up my ex but it was completely dry like it had not rained at all. Quite a strange phenomena.

Man I still remember vividly when I was 14 years old I was biking home from school when suddenly a wall of rain started chasing me from behind. I literally had a race with a storm to my house. Sadly around the last block it caught up.

Growing up I had a crush on a particular girl. She came to a lot of birthday parties and nothing came of it, we were just friends. My moms Maiden last name was Nicolosi, this girl I liked married a guy who's last name is Nicolosi and wasn't anyone my family as ever met. No relation to my family, I thought that was a little ironic.
