It was torn down for a reason, it wasn't sustainable for the modern age. If it was rebuilt it would probably have to be as apartments or something. No space for it in Downtown anymore anyway.

The Singer Building had too many quirky features for a moderization, and it was a huge waste of space the more you think about it. This isn't the Chrysler Building or the Empire State Building, both of which were designed for far more efficient use of space per floor.
