One lick one minute 12

One Lick, One Minute is a series of videos, each of which shows a single, very short lick which you can probably learn in one minute. I show how it can be used in different keys, tempos and styles, and how it will work over a moving chord sequence. Wow, I'm going to appropriate your licks to learn on the ukulele. That was either a Dorian lick or a Minor Blues lick with a b3. I will definitely check out your site since this is the kind of short and to the point video that is needed.

Glad you found this useful. Many of these licks are based around convenient fiddle fingering, so not all will work well on other instruments, but I'm sure some will. And when the licks are so short, I don't think it makes a lot of sense to try and decide what scale or mode they come from!
