The Turkish government consider it a betrayal for Pakistan to not do something about illegal immigration from Pakistan. He blames Pakistan. He doesn't want illegal economic migrants. Turkey already has 3.5 million Syrian refugees already. And most Pakistanis don't respect Turkish culture and traditions when they go there, unfortunately because Turkey isn't "Islamic enough" for them, not that Europe is Islamic at all, obviously.
