@@LoboNoir-vk8wf Imperial Privilege works like Warhammer 40k Ork magic. Basically, if Nero BELIEVES she can or should be able to do something she will be able to do it. Keep in mind, before she even manifested Nero used her Imperial Privilege to force herself into the saber class. She was SUPPOSED to be a Rider but she didn’t like that. Something about how she should be in the most powerful class since she is the greatest or something was her explanation. There’s only one thing nerfing it. While she’s manifested she can’t maintain her acquisitions from Imperial Privilege for extended periods because of her headaches. So for instance she might be able to use Nine Lives, but after the fight she would forget that skill. It still makes her insanely broken lore wise.

Actually in the plot of Fate/Extra Nero's ego was close to matching Gil's ego but time with her master Hakuno caused her to lose the ego and dislikable arrogance and replace it with a playful cockiness ala Dante from the Devil May Cry games, Bayonetta from the Bayonetta games, and Zatanna from DC Comics, though she'll ditch the playful cockiness and get serious during a fight if need be.

I think what makes this better and what contributes to the consistent quality of Aniplex’s dubs is that Tony Oliver, who also has voiced Cu since Fate 2006, has voice directed almost every anime dub from Fate since then. Only exceptions are Prisma Illya since that isn’t through Aniplex. Also has had the same casting director, Mami Okada, since Fate/Zero.
