Great video guys, have had this tennis elbow for 3 months now. Been going to the physio every second week, but still got pains. Wakes me up every night. Had a ultra sound done, found a 5mm tear and a cortisone injection. Work as a Butcher, so arm and hand allways in motion. How long will this go on? Or will it stay for ever. Been doing exercises using Nurofen gel taking Nurofen tablets, brought tennis elbow brace. Even having acupuncture at physio. Thanks

Another informative video! My hubby has hurt his back so I've got him doing the ibuprofen trick, see how it goes and get him to do some stretching but he won't do the ice, doesn't like anything cold, worse than a child!! 😂 😂 😂 just spotted your video on how to tell if it's nerve, joint or muscle causing back pain, will be watching, again, and doing the tests on him!

I went to see the doc who without really going to into said its tennis elbow. I dont have pain as such its more a dull ache feeling when typing or holding something. I did the exercise to see if its tennis elbow that you demonstated where you stretch your hand back but i had no pain or ache. So is it tennis elbow? The doc said apply ice pack twice a day and gave me some ibuprofen gel to apply 3 times a day. The feeling of where its coming from for me is around the actual elbow point where you seem to point to another area on here. I start a job of having to lift heavy stuff monday and so i thought i could get this cured asap so it doesnt get worse. Thanks

very helpful ! should one STILL work out, moderate free weights, etc.... NO pain being the guage.... or COMPLETELY take time off until it heals? AND.... DOES it heal? or is this forever?????? Thanks!

Please! Do repetitive movements to cure an injury cause by repetitive movements. This is why 12 visits to a PT typically does nothing to help lateral epicondylitis.
