Hello! So happy to find your channel. I started Wegovy 6 weeks ago this coming Friday so at my 2nd dose change. Not much nausea but when I do Ginger Strawberry Tummy Drops from Amazon come to the rescue. I also occasionally take Dramamine. I use a hydration pack in my water- it goes down so much better and I can tell a big difference in my energy level. Weight loss has been slow, but I know that’s for the best - I only weigh once a week on my shot day and last time I weighed I was at 6lbs. Constipation has been in my life since starting, so I added Miralax to the regimen last week and just ordered some stool softeners. I’m 5’1” as well and currently at 184lb. I’ve gained/lost/ since age 10. I’m 65 - gets harder and harder!

Hi! It is definitely a slow process. But the results are definitely coming! I'm two weeks into my second month of Trizepatide. I'm loving the results! Please keep me updated on how it goes for you! Very excited for you!💗

Week 2 I just gave myself a second injection of 2.5 mg tirzepatide. I am 50 and was shocked my weight had jumped up to 168 when last I checked I was 154… I take my eye off the needle for a second and it just jumps out of control And it takes forever to come off with all of the best efforts. Anyways thank you for sharing since I only lost a lb the first week I’m scavenging the internet for positive stories that started out slow like me. I’ve had very little nausea and feel full with the smallest amount of food which is awesome. For me the quieting of food noise is the best part. I look forward to following your journey 🤗 BTW you look fantastic !!

@tinaelle Hi and thank you! It is definitely a slower process than I had anticipated. However, I will say now that I am starting my second month of Trizepatide, I'm seeing very big changes! The scale bounces back and forth between a pound for a few days before I actually lose it. Are you taking your shots, weekly or monthly?
@tinaelle4 ай бұрын
@@MorethanaMomof3 thank you for replying !! I take my shots weekly I’m on my second week. I was hoping I’d have a swoosh the first week since this 10lbs came on out of nowhere but no such luck. I am now realizing this will come off slow like every other weight loss attempt but so far with much less food noise. I had been thinking about good all day long my whole life. It’s amazing I have to remember to eat. I’m loving this so far. I love following along on your journey, thank you for sharing !

What does 2.5 mg look like on the syringe like what number does it end up reading at after 4- 5-6
@tinaelle4 ай бұрын
@@ejay7618 the syringes are insulin syringes and they go by units. 2.5 mg may be different volumes depending on the compound pharmacy. I take 50 units which is .5 ml but when my dose doubles to 5mg I will still be drawing up 50 units .5 ml of a more concentrated solution.

I just started my Mounjaro journey. Tomorrow will be my third injection. I do hope you are feeling better. Question are you using any other kind of measurements outside of the scale? I just ordered a tape measure apparatus and hope that will help me along when the scale doesn’t budge. I lost 120 pounds on my own but I got stuck for 6 months and now I’m on Mounjaro and praying it helps. Oh think I was mixing up your Semaglutide video and this one. I watch on my tv and comment on my phone. Sorry for the confusion.

Hi! Yes. The ones from this clinic were preloaded. They started at 5, 10, then 20 units. I'm now on Trizepatide and it's in vial form. I feel 1000% better! How are you feeling on Mounjaro?

if Terzepetide is helping, would recommend going with a cheaper company to order from like Orderly Meds or Amble.

I'm not sure if I'll continue after these 3 months. My goal was to have it help me get to my proper weight, then just continue with my exercise and healthy eating. IF I continue, I'm sure I'll look into places that offer it for a lot less. 😊

Hello. I just came by your channel. I dig it. Okay, so, peptide dosages can be an issue to keep track of, especially if you are taking many. I sent you something in your email to really help you with that. 👍

Hi! I'm 5'1 ish. I swear I'm shrinking. I'll be 45 this fall. As soon as I hit 40 my metabolism went out the window. I had my surprise baby at 35 so that didn't help! haha! I noticed a huge difference once I started incorporating weights to my routine. I trained for my first half marathon the summer before I turned 40 to push myself out of my comfort zone. I felt great but the scale didn't really move which was very surprising. Good luck on your journey! I'm routing for you! Let me know how it goes. Thanks for following along!

Thank You I’m 66 and I have shrunk almost 2 inches. I was always just a hair under 5’5 and now I’m 5’3.1 technically so losing weight at my age is definitely a challenge -post menopause of course. You’re doing awesome. I enjoy your videos. Thank you so much.

@@MorethanaMomof3 you sound a lot like me. Just turned 46, been overweight since my first pregnancy but maintaining the same weight for about 13 years... past year I've gained 20lbs. Been through it all over the past 13 years since my last pregnancy. Diet/exercise hasn't made a dent. Now I feel desperate to not only stop gaining but to lose the 100lbs I've had on since getting pregnant the first time. I'm relatively healthy but there's no reason to wait until I'm not to turn it around. I'm with you. I'm gonna use the very affective tool prescribed to me by my doctor.

Sort of. I have been drinking protein shakes for breakfast and most of my lunches for over a year. I drink water all day, sweet tea sometimes. I walk and do weights weekly and run on Saturdays. I limit my sweets to one or two times a week. I don't really drink alcohol anymore. Since January, I've had maybe 6 drinks total.

I'm sorry this is the first episode for me. Why are you taking highly-risky drugs? To lose some weight? Do you have horrible diabetes or an underlying ailment that requires these drugs or do you just wanna shed a few pounds? You don't look terribly overweight, you realize these drugs can potentially mess your body up severely, right?
@jennyr75924 ай бұрын
Obesity (also a disease) is a risk for several deadly health problems including diabetes, stroke, heart attack etc... kudos to her for NOT WAITING until she has one of these to treat her health problem. Good health goes far beyond what you can see when you look at her... maybe she has no energy, may her bloodwork isn't great, or maybe she would just like some of her self confidence back... next time you think about this maybe consider how you would feel if someone questioned you doing something to save your own life.
@YTSparty4 ай бұрын
@@jennyr7592 Obesity in itself isn't "a disease". OMG, to think anyone thinks being obese is a disease is just insane. You're obese because of what you eat and your your physical activity is. It's hardly "a disease". You need to forget what pharma companies and doctors are telling you. You're not a victim, obesity isn't a disease. They want you to think that, so you buy their poison drugs and pay for their procedures. Good health doesn't mean injecting your self with a poison that causes depression, can cause thyroid cancer, can cause stomach paralysis, makes you vomit constantly, causes muscle loss and many other digestive-related problems. A poison that you may not be able to stop. GL-1 are lifetime drugs for people with REALLY serious illness, not a casual person who wants to shed a few pounds. This has reached insanity. What next, getting chemotherapy when you don't have cancer to lose weight???
@YTSparty4 ай бұрын
@@jennyr7592 Are you a sales person for these drugs? I'm starting to wonder if these videos are all fakes to get people to do these poison meds.

Hey! You are correct. For my weight and height, I was considered obese. Despite what other think, I'm actually quite active and eat pretty well. Which was making me not losing weight all the more frustrating. I know genetics has a huge role in it. I love running and was told I had to lose weight to keep from injuring my knees. I also have arthritis in them from an early age. So since dropping these pounds I feel amazing! I find myself able to run a faster mile and not get as winded on my 7 plus mile runs. I am happier when I have to dress up for what ever occasion, and I'm not totally dreading swimsuit season anymore! Thank you so much for your support and for following along!

@@MorethanaMomof3 You sound healthy. I'd ignore BMI. What are your annual checkups like? Are you diabetic? Pre-diabetic? How are your lipids? It seems like you're risking a lot for simply vanity. And I would question your diet. Again, have you seen a dietician? It seems so many people think it's some weird genetic curse, while eating a horrible diet.
