I can tell you, the Nera is an 07 engine which is really much better than the LP. It's a different engine and is sublime. The e gear has down shifts like I have never felt before in any car. The interior of the Nera is incredible. It fits like a glove.

Hello mate. I am a new owner as well, 2008 e-gear normal Gallardo. Love the thing to bits. Always an occasion to get behind the wheel. I never obsessively checked the weather forecast before owning the car, despite being in the UK. I would agree with your view, it looks perfect. I would be less modest than you and say, it looks much better than the LP, front or rear. The 5.0 is special and not shared with any other car, unlike the LP. May I suggest getting the Cats replaced as soon as possible to improve engine longevity. 200 cell sport cats are the sweet spot. I personally have gone test pipes, that v10 howl is intoxicating. By the way, I have the topspeed pro 1 as well but the stainless version. They sound great and bargain priced. My next and only aim is to go for Murcielago LP 640.
