One Month Post Op Gastric Bypass Surgery! Recapping my journey this far - GBP/RNY/Bariatric Surgery

I am officially one month out from my Gastric Bypass surgery - and I'm down a total of 34 pounds since starting the pre-op diet! Still struggling a bit with protein and water intake - but I'm working on it!

just wondering, do you drink protein shakes to get protein in? Im 4 weeks post op and I couldn't even get close to getting my protein from food right now

I do have a protein shake toward the end of the day if I haven’t been able to get my protein in with regular foods, or I’ll start the day with a protein shake if I know it’s going to be a crazy day and I’ll have trouble finding protein-rich foods.
