🙏 thank you for this vdo reading mudra salutations for all the problems. I saw your vdo about 2 months back. I am 80 years old and suffering from Vestibular disfunction and balancing disorder since last 1year and undergoing physiotherapy exercises along with some supplementary medications prescribed by the doctor. I am practicing Apana, Samantha and Udana vayu mudra 10 minutes each 3 timse a day morning, evening and night since last 2 months. Having sleeping issues also. But don't see any benefits yet. I'm leading very disciplined life, do yoga and pranayama for 45 minutes and walking 40 minutes daily. Don't eat sugar but eat organic jaggery, Fruits, Almonds, Walnut, Dates and 4 pices of kaju in the morning, mostly vegetarian foods sometimes fresh water fish, Cow milk and homemade 🐄 ghee. I don't have any other health problems except enlarged prostate. I will be very grateful for your advice. I understand this is a very long letter but still except you to give some time. Thank you again 🙏

TART CHERRIES, thawed, 1 cup morning, 1 cup night, flushes out uric acid in 30 days or less. Sugars and processed carbs cause uric acid. At one time I could barely walk and I thought I was a prime candidate for both hip and knee replacements. Namaste
